Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 3 years performing similar tasks.
Native-level Spanish and Catalan required.
Higher-level degree (CFGS) in Marketing and Advertising, Commerce, Communications, or similar field.
Proficiency in social media and digital channels, both for searching for information and for identifying and contacting potential participants.
Comfortable working with databases and computer tools.
Intermediate Excel level.
Regular use of Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

Intermediate English level valued.
Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, market research, customer service, or similar environments valued.

At Grupo Crit we are looking for a Junior Market Research and Marketing Technician for a major marketing company.

What you'll do

Search for and identify profiles suitable for participating in market research.
Recruit participants through social media, databases, and different digital channels.
Contact potential participants and verify their suitability for each study.
Manage and update databases.
Coordinate calls, interviews, and meetings.
Welcome and accompany participants in in-person and online sessions.
Prepare rooms and check the proper functioning of the equipment required for the sessions.
Provide support for meetings using Teams.
Prepare and send documentation to participants.
Collaborate on different tasks related to project organization and monitoring.

How you'll work

Initial contract through a staffing agency, leading to a permanent contract.
Full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility to occasionally work until 8:30 PM.
