National and International Project Technician

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Communication, Institutional Relations, or similar degrees.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management positions, community revitalization, business associations, business service entities, or collaborative environments.
• Professional proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Dynamics, and collaborative tools. Experience with Agile methodologies and community management platforms (CoLab) is valued.
• Availability to undertake occasional travel

Drive collaboration and knowledge exchange among member companies, providing support in the organization and revitalization of initiatives, networking spaces, and community activities. The selected person will contribute to strengthening member participation, favoring the generation of shared value and a sense of belonging within the business ecosystem.

• Provide support in the organization of meetings between companies, working groups, communities of interest, technical visits, and other networking initiatives, coordinating calls, documentation, materials, and participant follow-up.
• Administer and update the content of the community's digital tools, promoting member participation, monitoring usage metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement in coordination with the Marketing and Communication area.
• Collect information of interest from member companies, prepare content that provides visibility to their initiatives, and prepare summaries, conclusions, and materials derived from the different activities developed.
• Keep information on member entities and collaborating specialists up to date, facilitating the coordination of their participation in articles, webinars, technical sessions, and other actions driven by the organization.
• Record activity indicators, monitor participation, prepare support reports, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of the area's processes and work methodologies.
