At Grupo Fire we are looking for an HR Intern eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be part of the HR team, actively participating in recruitment processes, personnel administration, and employee support, contributing to the organization's growth.

Tasks

• Provide support in recruitment and selection processes for different positions within the company.

• Conduct active sourcing and candidate prospecting through various recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates, department managers, and external providers.

• Follow up on processes managed with headhunters and recruitment agencies.

• Support the management of hiring, onboarding, and labor documentation.

• Collaborate in the control and updating of personnel files.

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources area across different projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Ability to sign an internship agreement with the university or study centre.

• Interest in developing a career in the areas of Recruitment and People Management.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
