The role
At PASTAS GALLO, we are looking for a Front Office Manager within the Customer Service area, whose mission will be to manage relationships with assigned customers within the Order to Cash process (orders, deliveries, incidents, collections, and management of atypical cases).
What you'll do
The FUNCTIONS are as follows:
Manage orders via EDI/email for assigned customers (resolve EDI incidents, customer collections, prices).
Upload customer and promotion templates in SAP.
Manage incidents related to deliveries/stockouts.
Manage incidents associated with invoicing (delivery differences, prices, etc.).
Manage off-invoice agreements for customers (Advertising, Headers, Promotions).
