The role

We are looking to hire a junior Business Expansion Officer for our Madrid office.

What you'll do

Define, together with the Expansion Director, the company's expansion strategy in international markets.
Work with the company's different expansion models (franchises, management contracts, lease agreements, and sale and purchase agreements).
Identify independent hotels seeking to outsource their management in a professional manner.
Identify hotels looking to change their operator.
Identify hotels for sale.
Contact hotel owners, developers, and investors to negotiate business opportunities.
Attract investors interested in purchasing and leasing hotels.
Coordinate legal, technical, and feasibility processes with internal departments for the opening of new hotels under the chain.
