What we're looking for

Compulsory Secondary Education.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or loyalty, preferably in Contact Center environments.
Be a proactive person and enjoy teamwork.

The role

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join ACTIVA, Grupo Planeta's service unit specializing in business process outsourcing, with a specific focus on customer relations.

Job mission:

Your mission will be to offer comprehensive support via telephone, email, and chat, providing information, support, and guidance to customers and potential customers before, during, and after the purchasing process, guaranteeing a quality experience.

What you'll do

Phone support: Assisting customers before, during, and after their purchases. Resolving queries, managing requests, and providing support through the various tools.
Written channel management: Assisting customers before, during, and after their purchases. Resolving queries, managing requests, and providing support through the various tools.
Contact management: Classifying incoming contacts in the corresponding tools.
