H10 Hotels needs to hire a person for the position of Bellboy to work at our hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, in Lanzarote.
The duties to be performed will be:
- Welcome the client at the hotel door showing a warm welcome from the very first moment, always keeping in mind the concept of excellence as the ultimate goal of the service.
- Offer a Welcome Drink to guests and guarantee the safety of their luggage while they check in.
- Escort clients to their room carrying their luggage. Inform them about all the services available in the room and how to use them.
- Show and provide information about facilities, common areas, and services available to clients, encouraging their use and sale.
- Provide additional information about activities and services available in the city, making reservations if necessary.
- Regularly inspect the facilities to ensure the safety of guests and maintain an optimal visual appearance of all reception areas.
- To show a proactive and collaborative attitude towards guests, conveying empathy and a conciliatory character for conflict resolution.
- Provide continuous support to receptionists in sub-processes such as check-in, check-out, billing, and telephone assistance.
