The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person for the Ecommerce area to join our commercial team for Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.
What you'll do
The person responsible for Ecommerce will be in charge of the online marketing of the hotels in Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria within the chain. The main objective will be to maximize hotel sales at the best revenue, ensuring that the product offered is competitive, attractive, and achieves the highest conversion within the sales channel. They will report directly to the Area Sales Manager, and their main duties will be:
- Participation in defining the sales strategy and its implementation across digital channels, web, and OTAs.
- Monitoring sales, budget, and variances across digital channels, web, and OTAs.
- Ability to define, analyze, and develop actions based on KPIs.
- Monitoring daily results and improving KPIs.
- Creating positioning strategies and promotional campaigns with discounts and/or added value.
- You will carry out competitor analysis (benchmarking) of prices and availability.
- Managing inventory according to demand and occupancy.
- You will prepare key reports (average price, production, pick-up, etc.).
