The role
OTD - Internal Order Management
We are looking for a student interested in carrying out an internship in administrative order management.
What you'll do
•Returns management (rejections - damaged): administrative management of transport rejections.
•Create / modify Promotional Plans: data entry for the creation and modification of promotional plans in the system.
•Document search (delivery notes, invoices, etc.): searching for documents in SAP or on logistics operators' platforms and sending them to customers upon request.
•BtB customer registration management in SAP: reviewing the documentation necessary to register a customer in the system and entering the data into SAP.
•Entry and follow-up of claims/disputes regarding charges received by customers.
•Entry and follow-up of marketing and employee orders
