The selected person will be responsible for managing and evolving Order to Cash processes, participating in strategic projects and ensuring correct integration between SAP and other corporate platforms.

• End customer - IBEX 35 - S4HANA Transformation
• SAP OTC - SAP SD - SAP MM

• Managing relationships with internal Order to Cash and Finance areas, acting as a technological and functional reference.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of business processes.
• Leading projects related to Customer Service and OTC processes.
• Ensuring the integration of DTC and Retail processes with SAP and satellite systems.
• Managing incidents, changes, and continuous improvements through ServiceNow.
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs established by the department.
• Coordinating incident resolution and participating in prioritization of changes.
• Collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working on SAP projects related to Order to Cash processes.
• Demonstrable experience in:
  • Order Management
  • Credit Management
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Order Shipping
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payment Collections
  • Reporting & Data Management
• Solid knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and LE, both functional and technical.
• Knowledge of SAP FI will be highly valued.
• Experience in ABAP development and debugging (essential).
• Basic knowledge of SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) as a plus.
