Integrated and supported primarily by the Maintrol structure and the Maintrol Manager (who will be your first internal escalation point), you collaborate and co-lead with the Maintrol Shift Leaders (Shift Managers of Maintrol), taking action on situations that require additional dedication outside the usual operational flow, such as prolonged AOGs or hard-to-source components that require alternative action plans.

  • First escalation point for any operational decision.

  • Point of contact for the Duty Manager for escalation matters.

  • Focal point in case of emergency (in addition to already assigned roles).

  • Driver of the Lessons Learned process (Lessons Learnt).

  • Ensure a culture of challenge and continuous improvement in operations.

  • Directly responsible for all KPIs related to punctuality (Fly On Time).

  • Monitor and control Deferred Defects (DD) and Limits of Repair (LOR).

  • Management of component cannibalizations (Robberies) and extensions of deferred defects (Deferred Defect Extension).
