Your role at Iberia

As PMO, your mission is to drive the engine MRO shop visit process to maximize customer satisfaction while simultaneously ensuring TAT and EBIT requirements are met.

Your challenges

Contractual TAT, OTD, and customer satisfaction


. Drive the engine MRO shop visit process, from contract signing and induction through to final billing, while meeting customer expectations for quality, TAT, and cost.
. Interact, communicate, and report daily with customers.. Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by transferring customer requirements to the shop in a timely manner and providing corresponding feedback to the customer.
. Integrate the simultaneous achievement of individual customer engine MRO process KPIs with the overall business objectives of the entire engine shop.


Maximize EBIT


. Determine shop visit milestones in close collaboration with Planning and Control to maximize customer satisfaction and shop EBIT.
. Control margin maximization by taking appropriate measures and decisions regarding contractual compliance and material flow management (changes, repair turnaround times, etc.) to minimize TAT.

Your knowledge

  • Engineering degree (required), preferably aerospace engineering.
  • Preferably, an MBA or postgraduate degree in business administration/finance.
  • Fluency in English

Experience


• Preferably, experience in the MRO business, directly or indirectly involved in internal MRO shop operations.
• Some experience in customer service will be considered an advantage. • Preferably, experience in program or project management and/or international and multicultural work experience.
• A recent and proven track record of championing program delivery under tight deadlines, whose successful implementation has generated significant benefit for the customer or an improvement in costs and productivity.
