About the role

This Back Office Operations Support Agent is a hands-on, physical, fleet-focused role responsible for:

Cleaning and preparing vehicles
Checking details
Managing stock and supplies
Supporting minor repairs
Organizing the depot and assisting with logistics

This role is essential to keeping the fleet ready and ensuring depot operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

On-Demand Operational Support: assist with vehicle preparation, cleaning, and quick solutions to avoid delays.

Fleet Cleaning and Preparation: clean vehicles, equip campervans, and check for any damage after returns.

Stock and Supplies Management: organize and control cleaning products, consumables, and extras.

Depot Logistics and Organization: move campervans, assist with suppliers, and keep the depot clean and safe.

Operational and Coordination Support: prepare vehicles for pickups, help with minor repairs, and report any issues.

What we're looking for

  • Essential requirement: experience in cleaning, warehousing, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations, preferably.
