The role
We are looking for a dynamic and decisive person to join our IT support team, providing service to end users as well as supporting system operation and monitoring tasks, on-site at the client's facilities in Ajalvir (Madrid) or in nearby towns.
What you'll do
Provide on-site technical support to users in the resolution of hardware and software incidents.
Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Manage incidents and requests using ticketing tools.
Administer basic Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks.
Perform deployments, replacements, and updates of equipment.
Monitor systems and services, performing follow-up on alerts and incidents.
Execute operating procedures and scheduled tasks.
Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
Keep the IT asset inventory updated.
How you'll work
The working hours are Monday to Friday on a split shift in an 8-hour shift, with the full service schedule being from 7:30 to 18:00 (different shifts within this schedule) for a large client with stability.
Requirements
Microcomputing Knowledge: Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, and printers, Equipment layout and deployment.
Knowledge of Remote connection applications, Windows 10/11 operating systems, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office), Ticketing tools.
Handling and knowledge of Active Directory, Basic Networks (TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN), and IT Inventory Management
