At Infortec Consultores, we are looking to hire a Junior Change Control and IT Operations Technician to participate in the coordination and monitoring of technological operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
Supervise that technological changes are executed in a timely and proper manner.
Coordinate complex changes involving different technical teams.
Detect and escalate possible incidents derived from changes in execution.
Review Post-Implementation Review (PIR) reports.
Monitor requests to ensure their resolution within the established deadlines.
Coordinate the management of rejected requests in the HPSM tool.
How you'll work
Location: Madrid.
Modality: 100% on-site.
Working day organized in 24x7 rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
