Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Computer Systems Administration in Networks, or similar.

At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support.

Experience in on-site and remote support.

Knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS devices (iPhone/iPad).

Experience providing support for videoconferences, printers, and peripherals.

Good communication skills, user orientation, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

Experience assisting VIP users or executives will be especially valued.
