When the days get shorter and autumn begins to change everything, there is one thing that cannot stop: technology. That is why we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our team in Madrid, within a 24/7 service

What you'll do
You will be the first point of contact for our users and will play a key role in managing their incidents and requests, accompanying them from the first contact until final resolution
What will your mission be?
- Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for end users
- Handle interactions via telephone, tickets, chat, and other channels
- Gather all necessary information to analyze and manage each incident or request
- Correctly categorize and record interactions
- Diagnose and resolve microcomputing, network, and corporate application incidents
- Escalate incidents that require intervention from other teams, providing all necessary information
- Follow up on requests and incidents until their closure
- Guarantee the correct documentation and quality of each interaction
- Manage user complaints and follow up on those incidents that have not been resolved satisfactorily
