Commercial Manager

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to join our team as Retail Services Advice in our Las Palmas Offices.

Manage customer interactions in the office during their visit with the aim of fulfilling the strategy set by the bank and the channel.

You will seek to satisfy the operational or commercial needs of customers, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that such actions are carried out in accordance with the established parameters.

1. Inform customers or potential customers about our product offering so that they choose those that best suit their financial needs. Proactively seek cross-selling opportunities based on said needs. Meet established commercial objectives (Commercial Action).

2. Provide solutions to problems raised or requested operations in the most effective and satisfactory manner, always seeking high standards of customer experience.

3. Execute those operations or actions required by the customer in accordance with existing procedures and internal audit and security standards (Execution of Procedures and Operations).

4. Demonstrate knowledge of the bank's products and campaigns, as well as the market and the competition. Know the functioning and operation of other bank channels with which a direct relationship is maintained (Knowledge and Training).

5. Share all relevant information regarding customers or processes that may be gathered during the performance of customer service work with the responsible person and the channel, in order to contribute to improving the bank.
