Product Owner - UX/UI

Lead the evolution of the product, defining priorities and aligning business needs with development teams to maximize the value delivered in each iteration.

You will be the link between stakeholders, business, and technology, ensuring that the product vision is converted into efficient, high-impact solutions.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog according to business objectives.

• Gather and analyze functional requirements, transforming them into clear and actionable user stories.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, priorities, and improvement opportunities.

• Lead refinements, sprint planning, and review sessions.

• Work alongside Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business teams.

• Define and maintain the product roadmap.

• Validate that the delivered solutions meet the expected objectives.

• Measure product impact and promote continuous improvement.

• Participate in functional testing, user validations, and deployments.

• Facilitate fluid communication between technical and functional profiles.

• Hybrid model with on-site attendance in Madrid 50% of the working day.

• English B2
