Imagine a world where accounting firms and SMEs stop wasting hours on tasks that do not add value. That is the future we are building at Kabilio, backed by international investors and founders with a proven track record of success.
New accounting firms join Kabilio every month, and the first few days make all the difference; a team that understands the tool well from the start uses it more and gets more value from it. We are looking for the person who will help our new clients learn, start with confidence, and incorporate Kabilio into their daily routine.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Success team. Your goal will be to accelerate the initial learning and adoption of accounting firms, helping them turn their first steps into habitual and autonomous use of the platform.
You will accompany clients after their initial meeting with their Customer Success Manager, who will maintain responsibility for the account. You will work in coordination with them to promote the first advancements and facilitate the continuity of the project.
We are looking for a person who enjoys teaching, explains the complex in a simple way, and finds ways to facilitate learning, whether in a session with a client or through a video or guide that helps many.
You will report directly to the Customer Success Lead and work closely with the Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
Deliver practical training via video call, adapted to each firm's processes and the familiarity of its users with technology
Monitor initial usage to detect doubts, difficulties, or lack of activity and coordinate necessary actions with the CSM.
Conduct reinforcement or re-onboarding sessions when an accounting firm changes teams, activates a new product, or has a special need.
Propose and apply improvements to our onboarding process based on sessions, usage data, and client feedback.
Be the voice of the client during their initial stage, sharing the most common roadblocks and doubts of the first few days with Customer Success and Product.
Create content with AI such as short videos, knowledge center articles, and other resources (no previous experience required), to resolve recurring client doubts and facilitate autonomous learning.
Grow in product and industry knowledge until you become a reference for the Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Because you are going to work in one of the largest and least transformed markets in Spain.
Because you will help professionals incorporate AI into their work and spend less time on repetitive tasks.
Because you will not only provide training: you will have space to improve processes, learn and create content with AI, and propose changes that reach all clients.
Because you are going to deeply understand how an accounting firm works and how AI is changing the profession.
Because your decisions are truly implemented: here there is no bureaucracy to slow down ideas.
If you enjoy teaching and are motivated by seeing how a team improves its way of working, we want to meet you.
Kabilio is a Spanish AI startup founded in 2024 that builds a platform automating accounting processes for accounting firms (asesorías). Its generative AI processes client invoices, reconciles bank movements and proposes complete accounting entries — with a stated 95% reliability — sending them directly to the firm's accounting software, while optionally connecting firms with their clients in a shared collaborative workspace. The company reports more than 100 accounting firms as clients and a team of around 70 people.
It describes a culture of growth and collaboration based on open communication and respect for ideas, with direct impact on product and business evolution. Current openings span engineering, product, design, marketing, operations and customer support, all based in the Barcelona office on a hybrid arrangement — relevant for international professionals considering a move to Spain's largest startup hub.
