At knowmad mood we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation project in the healthcare sector. We are looking for a profile with solid experience in transformation consulting, functional analysis, and complex project management, capable of acting as a bridge between business, users, and technology providers during the implementation of a new hospital information system (HIS).

You will be responsible for understanding current clinical and administrative processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into functional specifications that allow for an effective implementation of the new HIS, guaranteeing alignment between user areas, management, and the technology provider.

• Model and document current processes and workflows (AS-IS) and design optimized future processes (TO-BE) within the new HIS system.

• Translate clinical, care, and administrative needs into clear, structured, and detailed functional requirements for the software provider.

• Coordinate and lead workshops with doctors, nursing staff, administrative teams, and managers of the various hospital areas.

• Define the functional testing strategy and develop the necessary test cases to validate the solution.

• Execute initial functional tests and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Validate the deliverables provided by the technology provider and supervise the monitoring and resolution of incidents and errors.

• Guarantee that the implemented solution responds to the operational and strategic needs of the hospital.

• Coordinate the different project stakeholders and facilitate decision-making during the various implementation phases.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities within the transformation program.

• More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Transformation Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar positions.

• Demonstrable experience in technology tool implementation projects and process transformation.

• Experience in functional definition, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

• Valuable experience in transformation projects within the healthcare sector.

• Highly valued knowledge of healthcare systems such as HIS, RIS or LIS.

• Highly valued experience in hospitals, health insurance companies, or large service organizations.
