The role
knowmad mood is looking to hire a Global Director of Organization, Processes and AI-First Transformation to lead the Group's organizational and operational evolution on a global level.
The mission of the position will be to drive a profound transformation of processes, organizational structures, and ways of working, using artificial intelligence as the main driver of change. The selected person will lead the evolution towards a truly AI-First organization, where AI is integrated naturally and systematically into all business activities.
This responsibility spans all companies, countries, and functional areas of the Group, promoting a global vision that leverages the best practices, capabilities, and talent existing in any geography, driving measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, profitability, quality, and growth capacity.
What you'll do
Define and drive the global AI-First transformation strategy.
Identify opportunities for the application of AI, automation, and intelligent agents across all areas of the Group.
Redesign processes and operating models by combining people, technology, and artificial intelligence.
Evolve the global organizational model, clarifying responsibilities, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving international synergies.
Lead transformation initiatives in the Commercial, Operations, People, Finance, Corporate Management, and Company Integration areas.
Drive a culture of innovation, technological adoption, and new ways of working.
Manage organizational change and AI adoption programs.
Develop and prioritize the portfolio of transformation initiatives, defining objectives, indicators, and business cases.
Measure the impact of initiatives and ensure the actual capture of value.
Report progress, results, and action plans to the CEO and the Management Committee.
How you'll work
✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
