3+ years working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) on IGA implementation/evolution projects.
Experience with application onboarding and connectors (AD/Azure AD, SCIM/REST, LDAP, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow) and configuring certification campaigns.
Solid knowledge of JML, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, identity governance, and compliance.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 3+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to lead the implementation and evolution of IGA capabilities (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, role modeling, and compliance). Experience with Savix and broad knowledge of Digital Identity will be valued.

What you'll do

Analysis and definition of IGA requirements with business, security, and IT teams, translating identity and access management needs into functional and technical designs on SailPoint ISC.
Designing the digital identity architecture and role modeling (RBAC/ABAC).
Application onboarding. Setting up connectors, aggregating accounts/attributes, and configuring the privilege catalog.
Configuring and optimizing Lifecycle Management (joiner/mover/leaver), Access Request, and Password Management, including provisioning/deprovisioning transformations and policies.
Defining and running certification campaigns (Access Certifications), periodic recertification, and remediation, with compliance metrics and audit evidence.
Implementing SoD (Segregation of Duties) policies and compliance controls, coordinating with Risk/Compliance teams and generating regulatory reports.
Automating integrations with directories, ticketing (ServiceNow/Jira) as applicable.
Leading go-live: comprehensive testing (functional and security), change management, hardening, and initial operations.
Establishing IGA KPIs and creating control dashboards.
Creating documentation and training support teams and reviewer/requester users.
Managing stakeholders and the project plan (scope, risks, dependencies), coordinating with technical and business teams to ensure deliverables are on time and with quality.
Mentoring junior profiles and contributing to internal libraries (onboarding patterns, policies, reusable transformations).
