What you'll do

Administer and operate Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
Manage identities with Entra ID: users, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid synchronization with AD.
Manage endpoints with Intune: enrollment, policies, compliance, application deployment, and Autopilot.
Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure in Azure: IaaS, networks, VPN, backup, and monitoring.
Administer Windows Server and Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP) in on-prem and hybrid environments.
Apply security and hardening: Defender, posture review, and vulnerability management.
Participate in cloud migration and modernization projects for clients.
Resolve N2/N3 incidents and requests according to SLA within the managed service.
Document procedures and deliverables and communicate directly with the client.
