What you'll get

Why join Qida? 💚

Our value proposition is clear:

  • Good people: humble, without internal politics, who treat others with respect and truly care about others.

  • People good: maximum talent density: high agency (motivation, ownership, intensity) + high intrinsics (fast learning and competencies that meet our bar).

  • High growth: we invest in feedback, training, and clear, motivating professional careers. We look for people driven by learning, not by staying where they are.

  • High intensity and change environment: high pace, greater demands in corporate teams and leadership roles, with long days and flexibility. We expect every person to adapt and drive change. It is not for everyone.

  • Impact and purpose: we work on something that matters, has, and provides meaning: we improve the healthcare and social system, and the lives of elderly people, their families, and those who care for them.

  • We take care of each other: we are there for one another. We promote healthy habits, connection, transparency, and active listening.

  • Competitive economic conditions: conditions aligned with the market and instruments that align us with the company's success. We don't want to attract through economic conditions, nor lose talent because of them.

The role

Are you looking for a project where you can truly grow and generate impact with what you do?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team.

What you'll do

What would your role be? 📋

Your mission will be to attract the best talent, within the timelines required by the business, and help us increase the company's talent density.

  • Manage end-to-end and autonomously recruitment processes for both corporate positions (Tech, Product, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and operational positions, providing support wherever the business needs it: from profile definition with the Hiring Manager to the offer and closing.

  • Accompany Hiring Managers throughout the entire process: understand their needs well, advise them on the market and profiles, and help them in the final decision.

  • Combine sourcing strategies: direct search (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks) for the most specialized profiles, and job boards, multiposting, and other channels for high-volume processes.

  • Guarantee an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.

  • Contribute to optimizing our recruitment processes: structured interviews, common evaluation criteria, and the integration of AI tools (sourcing, screening, candidate management).

  • Track your key metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion) and report them regularly to the Talent team.

How you'll work

What do we offer? 🙌

  • Indefinite contract on a full-time basis in a growing sector.

  • Hybrid modality: 3 days in the office and 2 days of teleworking.

  • 23 days of vacation + a day off for your birthday.

  • Benefits and flexible compensation: Access to advantages (discounts) on Medical Insurance with Adeslas and access to Payflow.

  • Qida Connect: activities in the offices to connect together (sports classes, activities, breakfasts, Pizza day, afterworks, etc.), QidaDay once a year and QidaParties!

About the company & team

Who are we? 😊

Founded in 2018, Qida is a high-growth private and social start-up with a clear mission: to make the socio-sanitary system sustainable. We do this by helping more people live longer and with a better quality of life at home (Triple M), reducing avoidable hospitalizations, and promoting more preventive, coordinated, human, and patient-centered care.

At Qida, social impact and economic impact go hand in hand; both are inseparable and both are a necessary condition to fulfill our mission.

Today we are a team of more than 350 people in the office and 1,800 home caregivers, and we have served more than 25,000 families. In 2025, we closed a €37M round, the largest social impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and in technology within the sector.

Additional information

At Qida, we bet on diversity and on creating a team that represents the company's values. All the decisions we make are based on people's competencies and skills. We value their passion for discovering, reinventing, and building.

In line with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we encourage applications from people with disabilities. Having a Single Disability Certificate (CUD) with a degree equal to or greater than 33% will be valued. If you need any adaptation during the selection process, please do not hesitate to inform us.
