If you have administrative experience, organizational skills, and are looking for a stable opportunity until February 2027, we want to meet you! Functions Management and filing of documentation. Administrative support to the technical department. Data entry and updating. Telephone assistance and email management. Preparation and monitoring of administrative documentation. General support in departmental tasks. We offer Immediate start. Temporary contract until February 28, 2027. Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: from 08:30 to 17:30 h. Thursday: from 08:30 to 17:15 h. Friday: from 08:30 to 15:00 h. 30-minute lunch break. Good working environment and integration into a consolidated team. Requirements Previous experience in administrative positions. Regular use of office tools. Organizational capacity and attention to detail. Experience in companies within the technical, construction, or engineering sectors is valued. Availability for immediate start.
