Supplier Analyst

Supplier Analyst (M/F/X) Would you like to be part of a company specializing in the distribution of international brands of technical equipment and gear for mountain, outdoor, and adventure sports? We are looking for an organized, analytical person with an interest in the financial area to join the Administration and Finance team. What will your functions be? Management and registration of suppliers in the ERP system. Recording, accounting, and filing of supplier and creditor invoices. Bank reconciliations and control of financial movements. Management of payments, transfers, remittances, and maturities. Review and control of transport expenses and external services. Follow-up and processing of incidents with suppliers and logistics operators. Participation in accounting closures, audits, and administrative tasks of the finance department. What are we looking for? Training related to Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar. Previous experience in administrative and accounting tasks. Proficiency in Excel and business management tools (ERP). A methodical, responsible person with organizational skills. Native level of Spanish. What do we offer? Full-time contract of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. ETT contract (temporary agency) with the possibility of permanent hiring by the company. Hybrid model: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on-site; Thursday and Friday teleworking. Flexible start time between 08:00 and 10:00 h. Intensive working day during the months of July and August.
