Front Office Manager (H/M/X) Receptionist / Front Office | Barcelona

What you'll do

You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring welcoming, professional, and efficient service. You will also coordinate reception tasks and provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly on a daily basis.

Thanks to your organizational and communication skills, you will help deliver an excellent experience and facilitate coordination across different teams.

In your day-to-day...

  • You will assist clients and visitors in person, by phone, and by email.
  • You will coordinate reception and the organization of stays, meetings, or groups as needed.
  • You will manage calendars, documentation, and administrative support tasks.
  • You will resolve inquiries and issues quickly, with a customer-focused approach.
  • You will collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

How you'll work
