Front Office Manager

From Catenon, we are looking for a Front Office Manager for the Luxury Hospitality sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the reception and customer service area, ensuring that an exceptional experience is offered in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role will be key to guaranteeing guest satisfaction, the department's operational efficiency, and coordination with other hotel areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the Front Office team (reception, concierge, guest relations, etc.).
• Ensure excellence in customer service, anticipating guests' needs and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee check-in, check-out, reservation, and complaint management processes.
• Ensure compliance with the chain's operational procedures and standards.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other departments to provide an integrated, high-quality service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and define improvement plans.
• Manage team training, development, and shift scheduling.
• Participate in preparing the area's budget and controlling costs.
• Collaborate on implementing new service initiatives, digitalization, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar positions in luxury or 5-star hotels, preferably in international chains.
• Excellent customer orientation, leadership skills, and team management ability.
• High level of English (C1 or above). Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
• Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera or similar) and hotel management tools.
• Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
• Proactive, flexible profile oriented toward service excellence.
