At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company in the food sector, located in Vallès Occidental, which is looking to hire an Assistant to the Operations Director. This position will play a key role in defining and executing the company's operational strategy, ensuring the efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of all production and business support areas.

• Define and drive the Operations strategy (Production, Maintenance, and Quality) aligned with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the different operational areas, guaranteeing excellence in execution and compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize processes, resources, and costs through the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Supervise key business indicators (KPIs) and promote action plans oriented toward operational efficiency.
• Lead transformation, digitalization, and innovation projects across the organization's different processes.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of high performance and results orientation.
