The role

We are seeking an Operations Management role to comprehensively lead the operations areas, driving an efficient management model based on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and people development, ensuring sustainable results through engagement, recognition, and shared responsibility.

Build a culture of commitment and continuous improvement.
Optimize the organization and operational performance.

What you'll do

Ensure compliance with the production plan and improve productivity and efficiency.
Propose and optimize production layouts, flows, and planning.
Implement clear and shared operational KPIs.
Evolve toward preventive/predictive maintenance integrated within the lean model.
Improve the technical availability of machines and facilities and apply new technologies to increase efficiency.
Design and implement a cross-functional continuous improvement model using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, etc.).
Develop a culture of structured problem-solving.
Create an environment where people actively participate in improvement.
Budget control (structural cost optimization, industrial investment management, and operational profitability analysis).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

We are seeking a candidate with a university degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's in Operations Management being valued, and at least 10 years of experience in similar operational management positions.
