Requirements

What we're looking for

· Demonstrable previous experience of 3 years performing the described or similar functions

· Solid training and knowledge in electricity, automation, and mechanics (ESSENTIAL)

· Communication and leadership skills, autonomy/proactivity, planning, rigor

· Proficiency in Office suite, SCADA, GMAO

Nice to have

· Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (other languages are valued)

The role

On behalf of Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a renowned company in the industrial sector, located in Baix Empordà, which is currently looking for a FOREMAN with experience in production environments and knowledge in electricity and mechanics to join their organization on a permanent basis.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Control and manage production processes, any incidents that may occur, and related documentation

· Creation of daily reports and reports on the production process

· Participate in coordination meetings of the different departments of the company

· Organize and manage the team in charge, at a production and labor level (8/10 pax.)

· Comply with and ensure the team's compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental regulations during the shift
