The role

🌱 Do you have experience coordinating agricultural operations and leading field teams?

At Paul Marlex we are looking for a Farm Coordinator to join a major and expanding agri-food group.

📍 Location: Catalonia (Maresme and Baix Llobregat)

📌 Permanent position | Stable project with growth and development

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operations of different farms in the area, ensuring the correct implementation of procedures, the optimization of resources, and the achievement of production, economic, and quality objectives.

What you'll do

Leading the operational coordination of the farms, ensuring process efficiency, proper management of people and resources, as well as aligning agricultural activity with the standards and objectives defined by the company.

✔️ Coordinating and supervising the implementation of processes, protocols, and operational procedures on the farm.

✔️ Supervising, together with the foremen/supervisors, the daily work planning and productivity ratios.

✔️ Monitoring operational, economic, and performance indicators.

✔️ Planning staffing needs and coordinating resources shared between farms.

✔️ Managing machinery, labor, and external services.

✔️ Participating in crop planning, budgets, and investments.

✔️ Ensuring compliance with quality, traceability, occupational health and safety (PRL), and food safety protocols.

✔️ Leading the selection, training, integration, and development of work teams.

✔️ Coordinating maintenance activities, repairs, and operational improvements on the farm.
