The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company in the plastics sector, which is currently looking to hire a Plant Supervisor for the afternoon shift with experience in injection processes and team leadership.

What will your mission at the company be?

Manage and coordinate productive activity, ensuring the correct operation of plastic injection processes and boosting the performance of the work team.

What you'll do

• Supervise production operations during the shift.

• Coordinate and lead a team of approximately 10 people.

• Ensure the correct operation of machines and molds.

• Provide support in injection processes, assembly, and mold changes.

• Guarantee compliance with quality and production standards.

• Foster a good working environment and positive dynamics within the team.
