The role

MARLEX needs to recruit for a market-leading multinational in vehicle renting and fleet management a person as Sales Administrator - Sales Support & Fleet Management (Automotive/Renting), to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales area

What you'll do

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales area, ensuring the proper management of quotes, contracts, orders, deliveries, and fleet-related services, as well as compliance with internal procedures, effective coordination between departments, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and formalize commercial operations efficiently and profitably, in close collaboration with the Sales team, by preparing quotes for direct and indirect channel customers, negotiating commercial terms with dealerships, and coordinating with the relevant support areas, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal procedures, and established quality standards.
Ensure, in collaboration with the Sales team, the proper creation, maintenance, and updating of customer agreements, addenda, and all associated contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements, as well as the availability of accurate and up-to-date documentation to support commercial activity.
Manage and coordinate the rental vehicle fleet and pre-delivery processes, ensuring vehicle availability, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues efficiently to guarantee a smooth and timely experience.
Handle requests from customers and the Sales team promptly and efficiently, related to order management, vehicle registrations, deliveries, and administrative issues, coordinating with the relevant internal and external contacts to ensure an excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with the company's internal standards and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative and/or commercial support roles.
Experience in the automotive, rental, or fleet management sector will be positively valued.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Minimum B1 level of English.
Organized, proactive person with coordination skills.
Customer orientation and good communication skills.
