Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience or knowledge in administrative tasks.

The role

Administrative Assistant

What you'll do

Control and monitoring of workers' clock-in and clock-out times.
Review of incidents related to time records and communication thereof.
Management and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) to staff.
Supervision of the proper use of PPE by workers.
Support in administrative tasks related to personnel management.
Collaboration in the control and organization of internal documentation.
Support in other administrative and organizational tasks that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
