The role

At Marlex, we collaborate with a major company specializing in the comprehensive management of VTC fleets, which is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to hire a VTC Fleet Manager for its Vigo office.

What you'll do

Managing, monitoring, and supporting drivers.
Onboarding and training new hires.
Organizing shifts, schedules, vacations, and days off.
Monitoring performance and achieving objectives.
Analyzing basic data related to fleet activity.
Proposing improvements and supporting daily team management.
