What we're looking for

Your Higher Degree training and proficiency in Microsoft Office will provide you with the analytical and data management capacity necessary to keep an accurate record of costs, clock-ins, and periodic inspections.
Your previous experience in fleet management and maintenance teams will allow you to move fluently in negotiations with workshops and suppliers, anticipating incidents and making decisions with agility.
Your residence near Castellbisbal and having your own vehicle will facilitate your daily commute to the workplace with total comfort and without operational complications.
Your immediate availability for incorporation will allow you to join the team quickly to take on the challenges of the position and start adding value from day one.

The role

Would you like to lead the operational management of a vehicle fleet in a stable position with a schedule that allows you to achieve work-life balance?

In this role, you will have the necessary autonomy to negotiate with suppliers, optimize costs, and manage the operational logistics of a major company, in a collaborative work environment where your organizational skills will make a difference.

What you'll do

You will be the go-to person for ensuring that the entire vehicle fleet runs at full performance, guaranteeing operational efficiency, cost control and the proper coordination of staff and logistics.

Your work will have a direct impact both on the company's profitability and on the safety and peace of mind of the drivers who use the vehicles every day.

In your day-to-day

You will maintain operational control and the upkeep of the vehicles, coordinating the periodic inspections, the ITV appointments and the work with the mechanical workshops.
You will negotiate with suppliers and control maintenance costs, optimizing budgets and route management to ensure maximum efficiency.
You will coordinate logistics processes and personnel management, supervising clock-ins, absences, and vacations to keep operations always coordinated.
