Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Law and professional membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an employment lawyer.
  • Fluent command of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service and professional ethics.
  • Availability to work in the Berga area and its surroundings.

The role

At MC Headhunting, we are looking for an Employment Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience for a law firm based in Barcelona and Berga.

What you'll do

  • Advise and represent clients in labor cases in both litigation and consultancy.
  • Handle a variety of labor matters, including dismissals, discrimination, working conditions, collective bargaining, among others.
  • Prepare and file lawsuits, appeals, and other legal documents before the competent courts.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Research and stay up to date on current labor legislation.
