What you'll do

Job Mission: you will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy, standards, attributes, products and the optimization of operational efficiency in the kitchen area for the Hotel and the Palacio de Congresos. You will be in charge of the organization and supervision of the kitchen staff's activities to ensure the quality of the food offered to the customer at all points of sale, thus contributing to the profitability of the Food and Beverage area and to the achievement of the economic, quality, work climate, people development and operational objectives of the Complex. Likewise, you will look after the human team both regarding the performance levels of the team and the work climate of the department, as well as ensuring the implementation of company standards, recipe monitoring, cost control and procedures.
