COMMERCIAL AND SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and implement the hotel's commercial strategy in the assigned segments under commercial management (corporate, leisure, consortia, tour operators, luxury agencies, etc.).
  • Maintain and expand the portfolio of national and international clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Negotiate rates, agreements and contracts with agencies, companies and key partners.
  • Represent the hotels on all business trips, organizing and/or attending sales calls, fam trips, roadshows and sales missions.

BUDGET

  • Support the preparation of budgets for the assigned segment and/or the assigned markets and sectors, as well as the preparation of the hotel's Business Plan.
  • Monitor the achievement of objectives for Luxury Travel Networks, as well as Key, Strategic and Premium accounts that are potential for the hotel, coordinating the follow-up of the latter with their Account Managers.
  • Participate in the strategic planning phase of the department and the preparation of the hotel's Business Plan.
  • Develop and execute the actions set out in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined for the segment, geographic area or sectors assigned to the hotel.
  • Prepare the necessary reports for the Business Review, reporting to the Commercial Director.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Provide clients with information about the hotels, such as fact sheets, brochures, promotional packages, etc.
  • Responsible for the preparation, negotiation and implementation of Luxury Consortia, Corporate RFPs, Tour Operator Contracts, MICE Agreements, etc., and for negotiating directly with the client or through the Account Manager. Prepare the necessary business cases for acquiring new accounts.
  • Coordinate, with the Groups and Events Manager, site inspections for key accounts or potentially large events, as well as any meeting or group requests that their accounts/markets may make for the hotels, personally supporting the closing of the sale.

COMMUNICATION

  • Maintain constant and fluid communication with commercial management, as well as with Account Managers and clustered sales teams, and also regarding events at each of the hotels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams.
  • Ensure that clients and partners perceive the hotel's standards of luxury and excellence.
  • Promote the brand image and values of the hotel group.

Requirements:

Knowledge and skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1); other languages will be valued.

  • Deep knowledge of luxury travel segment trends, high-net-worth client behavior and international consortia dynamics.
