Requirements

What we're looking for

Required profile

Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE) with a real estate specialization, Urban Planning, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
A master's degree in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Real Estate will be valued.

Experience and knowledge

Experience in data analysis and the preparation of studies.
Advanced use of Excel.
Technical writing and analysis capacity.
Knowledge of the real estate and urban planning markets.

Competencies

Analytical capacity and strategic thinking.
Organisation and autonomy.
Attention to detail.
Ability to synthesize and communicate.
Results orientation.

Nice to have

University education in ADE, Economics, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or similar.
Complementary training in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Real Estate will be especially valued.
Previous experience in data analysis, market studies, or research.
Having completed internships or worked in real estate market studies will be especially valued.
Profiles coming from sectors related to data analysis, such as insurance, will also be considered.
Advanced level of Excel.
Capacity to work with data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
Good writing capacity and preparation of technical documentation.
Knowledge of the real estate market and the urban planning field will be valued.
Catalan and Spanish at a professional level.

The role

We are looking to incorporate a person with an analytical profile and strategic vision into the Studies Department, specializing in real estate market analysis and data processing. The selected person will participate in the preparation of market studies, providing technical and strategic support to the company.

We are looking for a profile with a strong analytical base, especially oriented towards data processing and with an interest in understanding the evolution of the real estate sector.

What you'll do

Main functionsMarket studies and real estate research

Preparation of residential, tertiary, and land market studies.
Analysis of supply, demand, prices, competition, and market trends.
Preparation of reports and comparative analyses.

Data management and analysis

Management and maintenance of real estate and urban planning databases.
Processing, cleaning, and exploitation of data.
Preparation of indicators and executive reports.
Automation and improvement of information analysis processes.
