International Trade Administrator - French C1

What you'll do

Prepare budget/rate information to review margins.
Prepare, review, and manage national sales / export and import documentation (proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure compliance with deadlines and delivery conditions.
Register and track national / international orders in the ERP or CRM system.
Register and update the prices of products purchased or sold to our distributor in Morocco, ensuring their correct accounting and logistical allocation.
Review technical-commercial documentation (technical data sheets, catalogs, labels, certificates of conformity, etc.) before shipment to the customer or production.
Verify with the MKT Dept. that all export orders are dispatched with labels and documentation in the correct languages
Control logistical costs and verify transport provider invoices.
Support the Purchasing department in the validation of prices, payment terms, and supplier follow-up.
Provide administrative support to the commercial department.
Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting departments on payments, collections, and reconciliations.
Keep the documentary file updated in accordance with customs and quality regulations.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8h to 17h. Friday from 8h to 15h. On-site.
