What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Economics, Law, or a combined degree in Law and Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
Intermediate/high English.
At least 5 years of experience in recurring tax advisory as well as in matters of:
- International taxation.
- Tax consolidation.
- Corporate reorganizations.
- Estate planning.
Ability to work in a team and versatility.
Responsible and meticulous professional, accustomed to handling technically complex matters.

Nice to have

A Master's degree specializing in Tax Advisory is valued.

The role

Recognized and prestigious international law firm based in Zaragoza is looking for an economist and/or lawyer profile with proven experience in tax advisory regarding: International taxation. Tax consolidation. Corporate reorganizations. Estate planning. Recurring tax advisory.

Consolidated firm both at a national and international level.

What you'll do

Advise clients on tax and fiscal matters, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Prepare and review tax returns and other fiscal documents.
Represent clients before tax authorities when necessary.
Provide strategic solutions to optimize clients' tax burdens.
Conduct research and analysis of regulatory changes in the tax field.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to the services offered.
Participate in client meetings to discuss tax and legal strategies.
