What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in the automotive sector is essential.
Knowledge of quality tools and processes associated with automotive (PPAP, internal audits, document management, etc.).
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards (essential).
High level of English, both spoken and written (essential).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, organized person with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to manage conflicts and steer situations toward consensus-based solutions.

The role

A multinational in the automotive sector, an international benchmark in the manufacturing of solutions for vehicle manufacturers, is looking to hire an Internal Quality Auditor for its plant located in Sagunto (Valencia).

What you'll do

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the selected person will participate actively in the maintenance and improvement of the plant's quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and automotive sector requirements.

Their main responsibilities will be:

Preparation and monitoring of the annual internal audit plan.
Follow-up of actions derived from internal and external audits.
Updating and maintenance of the Quality Manual and associated documentation.
Review and updating of local instructions and procedures.
Guaranteeing compliance with the business management system and participation in BMS audits.
Training of new hires in aspects related to quality.
Review of process control documentation together with production and updating through specific tools.
Verification and validation of PPAP documentation.
Management of supplier claims.
Analysis and assessment of costs associated with supplier incidents.
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and other tasks linked to the quality area.
