The role

We are looking to bring on board a Fleet Insurance Specialist (or fleet/auto production specialist). The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive management of fleet programs for corporate clients, actively collaborating with insurance companies and commercial teams.

What you'll do

Quoting and negotiating automobile fleet risks.
Managing policy additions, cancellations, and endorsements.
Portfolio monitoring and renewal.
Liaising with insurance companies to obtain and negotiate offers.
Supporting and advising commercial teams on fleet matters.
Managing fleets of various sizes, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Previous experience in automobile insurance, preferably in fleets.
Profiles from insurance brokers with experience in production and risk management will also be valued.
Interest in negotiating with companies and managing business volume.
Organizational skills, customer orientation, and teamwork.
Experience in quoting, issuance, endorsements, and portfolio maintenance is a plus.
