The role

As National Operations Director in Madrid, you will lead transport, distribution, and cross-docking operations to ensure efficient execution in the Transport and Distribution sector. You will coordinate operational activities at a national level to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

Define and coordinate national logistics, transport, and distribution operations to ensure homogeneous execution.
Supervise operational processes and detect improvements that favor daily efficiency.
Establish operational priorities according to the needs of the activity.
Coordinate activity between the different areas involved in the operation.
Monitor operational indicators to identify deviations and apply measures.
Drive the improvement of distribution and transport processes on a national scale.
Guarantee operational planning aligned with the defined objectives.
Report on the evolution of operations and the main logistics needs.
Supervise delegations and HUBS at a national level.
Maintain constant communication with service providers.
Guarantee compliance with quality and operational KPIs, reporting to the company's General Management (as part of its Steering Committee).
