Reporting to the General Management, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the development and execution of the expansion plan, ensuring efficient openings of new units
• Ensuring operational excellence through the implementation of standards, processes, and KPIs
• Overseeing business profitability, optimizing costs, margins, and EBITDA
• Designing and developing the organizational structure, leading teams and middle management
• Ensuring consistency of the customer experience across the entire network
• Driving professionalization, standardization, and scalability of operations
• Collaborating closely with other areas to ensure sustainable business growth

Ideally, they will bring experience as a second-in-command in operations management or leading broad regions, with proven ability to manage complex and expanding environments. They should stand out for their strategic vision combined with a strong execution focus, team leadership, analytical skills, and results orientation. Experience in high-growth contexts (scale-up) and the ambition to evolve toward full operational leadership will be especially valued.
