Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Master's/MBA is valued.
Experience: More than 10 years of experience in technical leadership positions within industrial, electronic, or technology companies.
Solid experience in power electronics, embedded systems, and/or industrial product development.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating different areas of an organization.
Experience in environments where it is necessary to combine strategy and execution, with direct participation in technical and operational decisions.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 applied to production and product development.
Ability to understand information system architecture and manage technological providers.
Languages: High level of English, ideally C1.
We are looking for a person with technical depth, management capacity, and a results orientation, accustomed to assuming responsibility and making decisions.

The role

Lead the company's technical and operational area, reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the management team. The position will have a transversal vision of the entire product lifecycle, integrating R&D, product engineering, production, quality, and technical support.

What you'll do

Globally lead Engineering & Operations, including Production, Purchasing and Warehouse, Product Engineering & Quality, Technical Support, and R&D.
Define, together with Management, the medium and long-term technological and product vision.
Lead the architecture and evolution of power electronics products and embedded systems.
Coordinate the execution of the Product Roadmap, prioritizing resources and projects.
Ensure coordination between R&D, product engineering, production, quality, and technical support.
Identify organizational and operational problems and establish corrective actions.
Drive engineering standards, design best practices, and a culture of innovation and execution.
Be the operational reference in the ISO 9001 quality management system, especially in production and product development.
Supervise corporate information systems and the relationship with external IT providers.
Ensure the availability and maintenance of facilities, production equipment, laboratories, and instrumentation.
Lead and develop technical teams, promoting professional growth and a high-performance culture.
