AI Project Manager

We are looking for a person with solid knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, with the judgment to select tools, build agents, and accompany the company in its process of adopting advanced technologies. The main objective is for this person to become the internal and external AI reference within the organization.

• Analyze and coordinate AI application opportunities across the different departments and products of the company.
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend AI tools and platforms according to business needs.
• Coordinate the relationship with external AI providers: selection, communication, and project follow-up.
• Learn and develop through projects carried out with providers, until reaching the point of internalizing key competencies.
• Drive cross-functional digital transformation projects linked to AI.
• Act as an internal AI spokesperson, evangelizing and facilitating adoption throughout the organization.
• Facilitate working sessions with each department to understand their processes and detect use cases.
• Stay up to date on AI technologies, tools, and trends applied to the business.

• Solid knowledge in applied Artificial Intelligence and LLMs: models, agents, no-code/low-code tools, APIs, automations, etc.
• Demonstrable ability to select the appropriate tools according to each need.
• Experience building agents or AI-based automations.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (people person).
• Competencies to work closely with Management and participate in strategic discussions.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Functional knowledge (business, processes, productivity), rather than purely technical.
• Ability to translate business needs into applied AI solutions.
